Confirmation deposit

30% of the total

Required to confirm the booking. The balance and payment deadlines will be stated in the confirmation.

Minimum stay

3 to 7 nights

The minimum varies by season and is checked automatically when dates are selected.

Final cleaning

Fixed fee per stay.

3rd and 4th guest

€15 per person/night

Supplement charged for each guest beyond the second.

Cancellation

100% penalty within 15 days

For cancellations made less than 15 days before arrival, the full amount is retained. Final terms will be included in the confirmation.

Tourist tax

€2.50 per person/night

Payable by non-resident guests. Children up to and including age 14 are exempt. It is calculated separately in the quote.
