Confirmation deposit

30% of the stay total

Required to confirm the booking. The balance and payment deadlines will be stated in the confirmation.

Minimum stay

3–7 nights

The minimum varies by season and is checked automatically when dates are selected.

Final cleaning

€65

Fixed fee per stay.

3rd and 4th guest

€15 per person/night

Supplement charged for each guest beyond the second.

Cancellation

100% penalty within 10 days

For cancellations made less than 10 days before arrival, the full agreed amount is retained. Final terms will be included in the confirmation.

Tourist tax

€2.50 per person/night

Payable by non-resident guests. Children up to and including age 14 are exempt. It is calculated separately in the quote.
